The city of Coloma is rich with history. From its early days as a shingle making settlement to the resort era of Paw Paw Lake to the present day, there are many fascinating stories associated with the background of this small southwestern Michigan town.
Peter Cook, Director of Programs and Outreach at the North Berrien Historical Museum, will present an overview of Coloma City and Township, from the days of “Shingle Diggins” to the development and growth of Coloma.
